Shipping and Returns

Silvia Gagliardini carries out shipments throughout the Italian territory, excluding the Vatican City state and the Republic of San Marino. Shipping in Italy is free for orders over €100.
For orders under €100, the cost is €10.
Delivery is made, for the Italian territory, generally within 24-48 hours, or , if no delivery date is specified, within the deadline estimated at the time the delivery method is selected and, in any case, within the maximum term of 30 days from the date of confirmation.

As regards the European Union countries delivery will be made in 3-5 working days, and in any case, within the maximum period of 30 days. The cost is €20.

In non-EU territories, delivery will take approximately in 7-12 working days. The cost is €30. We ship outside the EU on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. The customs costs are to be understood as the responsibility of the customer.

All purchases made on they can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised with reference to certain products and services indicated in art. 55, Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). Returned items must be new, undamaged.

Note: The item must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete with the attached tax documentation.

The right of withdrawal will not apply if Silvia Gagliardini's services and products are included in the categories of art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

Once we have received the item for which a return request has been made, we will check that the product complies with the aforementioned specifications.
We will then pay within 15 days of delivery the same amount paid for the purchase, by making the refund using the same mean of payment originally chosen by the buyer. In case of payment made by bank transfer, and if the buyer intends to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must provide the
bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC needed to make the refund.

How do I make an exchange?

If the customer wishes to exchange a purchased item for another (model or size), he must make a specific request by sending an email to As soon as we have confirmed the availability of the new desired item, the Customer can proceed with the return, at his own expense, of the item originally purchased to the address communicated via email.
